Rounds 4 Research

Rounds 4 Research, administered by the EIFG and presented in partnership with the Toro Co., is a national campaign aimed at generating resources to address a critical shortage in turfgrass research funding by auctioning donated rounds of golf online and enabling organizations to raise revenue for research programs in their areas.

The concept behind the program is simple: Golf facilities can support turfgrass research by donating rounds of golf for two or four or “stay and play” packages that will be auctioned off online. The EIFG provides the opportunity for chapters and other organizations to solicit rounds, which will be made available through www.biddingforgood.com, an online auction site. The EIFG then distributes money back to the participating organizations.
