Year-end GivingThe Institute's fund raising efforts focus on supporting programs that strengthen the compatibility of the game of golf with our natural environment.Your annual donation helps fund the information collection, research, education and outreach that demonstrate best management practices in the golf course management profession. Donor support is vital to maintaining and enhancing current programs and assists in the development of research and future programming. The Institute raises an average of $400,000 through gifts to the annual fund. Donations are made to The Institute in a variety of ways, including the Golden Tee Club, Platinum Tee Club, dues renewal contributions, pledges to the annual fund, memorials and unsolicited donations received throughout the year. Because these funds are not designated for specific programs or initiatives, they are used to support all the programs funded by The Institute. Donations received before the end of the year provide donors with valuable tax benefits and recognition through the cumulative giving level program. Annual fund donations do make a difference. If you would like to make a donation to support programs offered by the GCSAA, contact The Institute team at (800) 472-7878, ext. 4465. Credit cards are accepted. The Institute would like to thank all of the donors who have contributed in the past and continue to support this new initiative.
