Individual, corporate and chapter donations
have always played an important role in supporting the programs funded
by The Institute. The Institute originally developed the Golden and Platinum
Tee Clubs to recognize annual contributions made by donors. In an effort
to provide even more recognition and benefits to donors, The Institute
has established a cumulative giving program.
The cumulative giving program takes into
account ALL donations given by a donor over the years. Gifts given
through annual giving, membership dues check-off, in-kind gifts, silent
auction and endowment campaign are all considered when establishing a
donor's cumulative giving level.
By providing more recognition and benefits
to donors, The Institute hopes to increase the understanding of the need
for more unrestricted contributions to support funded programs. These
dollars provide needed support to such important programs as applied on-course
research, educational initiatives and scholarships.
